At Ujala International, we accept all kinds of clothing donations, but some items are more urgently needed than others. Ensuring that people receive the right type of clothing for their needs is our top priority. Here’s a guide on what is most helpful!
✅ Most Needed Clothing Items
🔹 Warm Clothing – Jackets, sweaters, hoodies, and thermal wear, especially for people in colder regions.
🔹 Children’s Clothing – Many families struggle to afford clothes for their growing kids. Shirts, pants, socks, and school uniforms are in high demand.
🔹 Professional Attire – Suits, dress shirts, and blouses help individuals looking for jobs and those re-entering the workforce.
🔹 Modest Clothing – Items like long-sleeve tops, full-length pants, and traditional wear are particularly helpful for communities that prefer them.
🔹 Everyday Wear – T-shirts, jeans, leggings, and comfortable shoes are always in high demand.
🔹 Undergarments & Socks (New Only) – Fresh, clean undergarments are essential, but we can only accept new ones for hygiene reasons.
🔹 Seasonal Clothing – Light clothing for summer, raincoats for the rainy season, and winter gear for colder months.
